GraphtecCE300 MK2 and Corel Draw

I am considering purchasing a Graphtec CE3000 M2K that has the ARMS system. Is the technology the same as the ARMS in the CE5000? Does anyone use either plotter with a Corel Plug in? What software do you recommend with this cutter and how do you like the ARMS system?
