Hi All,

I have put a file into the graphtec studio using my ce6000. After i select the area to be traced it is on 5 at high pass filter. I then add my crop marks. The problem is that the cutter cuts the job and cuts outside the graphic in some spots leaving me a white area. What Am i doing wrong? I have to have these shirts done by Friday. The image was a picture that i removed the background from if that makes a difference?

Sorry I can't offer any advise at the moment. But you may get more attention by posting this in the vinyl cutter section of the forum. and under Graphtec.

I'm thinking that you still have some background remaining and that's what it's cutting.

When I have issues cutting a design I go back to my design software and look at the design in "wireframe" rather that normal view. This is in CorelDraw, but I would like most design software would have a similar option. It is amazing what sometimes shows up using the wireframe instead of a normal view. It frequently shows something there that does not show up in normal view. Try that and see if it helps.

Maybe post the file so that we can see the file, and possibly cut it.

Thanks all! After i trace it I dont see any left over area that has not been erased. How can i post the file for you to look at ?
