I am looking to buy a Graphtec cutter and have found a web site adictsign.com that sells them at half the cost of other companies. Has anyone ordered anything from this company. It is based out of Indonesia.

If the cutters offered by this company are at HALF the cost of U.S. companies, you should probably be a little careful and look into the company a bit further. It's always important to be cautious when something seems too good to be true.

I ordered from adictsign.com. They took my money via bank transfer and never contacted me again after that. They are total FRAUD! I'm writing this to warn anyone who even thinks they're okay. THEY'RE NOT! I learned an expensive lesson of almost $900.00 and don't want anyone else to go through that.

1. You order from a company half-way around the world.

2. You pay with a wire transfer (basically the equivalent of putting cash in an envelope and mailing) , not the normal way with a credit card which would provide you some protection.

3. You're surprised you got scammed?

Just remember that when making an investment like that that you are going to get the support that you need for the cutter. And that they are educated on what they sell.

Ok, please tell me how in the world you got the most helpful member award? That was not helpful. I did not ask you to analyze my post. Was I surprised? Not really, it was a chance I took. My banker told me that a lot of overseas companies don't accept credit card because of fraud. I did not see anything negative about this company that has supposedly been in business for 10 years. So I took a chance. Now, trying to be "helpful" to others, I posted a warning for anyone who might do a search on this company.
