I just got a graphtec ce5000 (60)
everything works fine but:
I can't cut out of illustrator 10
cutting master 2 is listed in the file menu of illustrator but it will not open.

it work out of illustrator cs2 but I don't own cs2 and like my 10.

I had the same problem a few years back when I had a craft robo pro and can not remember the fix

Are you sure that you have your primary printer as the cutter? Only thing I can think of.

nope thats not it I set the plotter to defult printer didn't work.


under the file menu in illy I goto cutting master and it should expand to Reg.marks & cut but it does not expand

any other ideas
