I have a strange problem with my plotter Graphtec CE5000-60. The plotter starts and make at first fine cutting from the lines sent from my pc (I use Cutting Master-2). But before it finish the work the plotter destroy it by cutting a big triangel over the whole work and I have to throw most of the vinyl!! The big triangel has its startposition in the right corner. I'm grateful if someone have the solution to this problem, thanks!

Take your blade out and repeat the job to see if it repeats.
I would think if its static it would come and go.

If it repeats it sounds like its in your art or settings.

How long is your usb cable?

Thanks for all tips! I have now updated the software to the latest version CuttingMAster2 1.83 and new drivers for the cutter and I will try the tip with the blade today.

My cable is about 4 m with a splitter in between (at about 2 m).

Static electricity can cause problems like that.
I have issues in the winter when the humidity is low.
I spray static guard spray around the base of my machine and the floor to help discharge it, works very well for me
Hi! I didn't know that a plotter is so sensitive, but I don't think the huminity is too low because the plotter is in the basement, so I feel that the humidity can be a bit too high rather than low even in winters. But maybe...
Have you solved exactly these problems with that spray and where can I buy it?
