Graphtec C5000 40 problem

Hello everyone,

I've been using a graphtec C5000-40 for a few motnhs now. And have been doing so without major problems. Up until now...

I use the plugin Cutting Master 2 plugin together with Illustrator 4. And every time I send a cutjob, The first part of the cutlines is not cut. I've made sure there are no errors in the design. I've had about 3 different jobs that display this problem.

I send the cutjob, the head (holding the knife) will move along the correct path, but for the first few inches it wont touch down to cut the vinyl...

Anyone familiar with this problem and a possible fix?
