Don't be shy give some more info, do you have vinyl loaded in the cutter? Are the pinch wheels under the blue marks on the front of the machine? Have it plugged in using a USB?

Hi Thank you for your help.
I have the vinil in the cutter and is w/the USB is plugged the computer
and the pinch wheels are under the blue mark.
I have this cutter for a few years but my wife used only a few day because she get sick w/fibromalgia and this sickness don't have cure .so we keep the cutter and now I want to star again w/the rhinestone t-shirt business.
the machine was working good but now the control panel no work .
only show load the media and I load the the vinil and said shet press enter but in the control panel any function work

I am assuming you are putting the lever down to clamp the media...Hi Thank you for your help.

Next I would double check the pinch rollers...put them in te middle of the blue to be sure its not to close to the edge.
Place media (vinyl) on the plotter hanging off both the front and back.
Lock the rollers down (using the lever)
Then i think on that model you will hit enter.
It should then read the media size.

Have you reset to factory defaults? Maybe a firmware update. Contact Graphtec
nothing.Let me asking something,when I power the cutter the status light has to be on?
