So I just added a brother 381 to our list of printers. How can I get darker blacks using Graphic labs?

Also, has anyone tried cadlink?

You should check in Photoshop if the blacks are actually black on the file. Not much that you can do with Graphic Lab to solve that.

With Cadlink you can add a second pass of black for a truly dark color. Also has a lot of options to control color. Highly recommended.

Thanks I downloaded the trial version of cadlink.I just cant get it to work. It seems they didnt make it too user friendly.

With so many options is a painful at the beggining. After a couple of days you'll find your way. Look at the YouTube videos and read the manual.
