Probably custom cut heat-applied vinyl will be your best bet. Unless you have a vinyl cutter already, and in that case you can do it yourself.

Vinyl is definitely the way to go for personalizing jerseys.I mainly do screen printing but got a heat press to do names and numbers which has been great so far for several teams. I have a customer now asking for me to do his names and numbers in a grafitti like font. that he found online: Rufa Font | dafont.com

Probably would be best to ask Stahls.Thanks guys figured that would be the awnser I dont own a vinyl cutter so i guess i wil lhave to try and order these from stahls anyone know roughly what they charge for something like this. they are tshirt jerseys so i can use regular film not the grip or gorilla grip that are more pricey.
There are probably a lot of guys on these forums that would be willing to cut the vinyl for you. Post on the classifieds section and see who responds. You may get a better deal and service than a big company like Stahls. Sure. Just download the font file and put it in your fonts directory. Mines in C:\WINNT\Fonts. Yours is probably something similar depending on your operating system.hey guys, anyone know how to take fonts from site like dafont.com and be able to use them in photoshop?
