Good T-Shirt brand for the Bigger Boys?

I am using AA for sizes small through XL but I an looking for a looser fitting 2XL, 3XL T-Shirts other then AA. My bigger customers would like a thicker Tee but with a comfortable fit and not to much shrinkage. I have tried Gildan 6.1oz and they feel too heavy and shrink quite a bit. Also tried Fruit of the Loom Lofteez 6.1oz and after the first wash looks like a shrunken Football Jersey. Anyone have any recommendations? Thank you!

Do you relabel? You can down size your AA's. A 3X becomes a 2X.
