Good morning 
Looking for some advice. I’ve read all over the boards here. We have a business plan but are a little stumped on the direction we should go.
We have roughly 10-15 designs we would like to get printed at this time. We will be selling exclusively online and possibly twice a year at events. For now until we have enough profit, we will be outsourcing the designs to get printed and sent back to us and we will press them ourselves.
My concern is the qty that we should start off with (Tshirts and designs). I don’t want to invest in 100 of each designs right away as the need may not be there at first. Same goes for T’s. What would you suggest?
