Hi, I'm John. I run a screen print/embroidery/sign company. We've been open since 86, and I've been running it since 94. We put out a higher quality product than our local competitors, but they have better sales staffs. We have an 8 color auto, a gas dryer, an 8-8 manual, etc.

That is a good question! I have a small shop, only two salespeople, and they both do an OK job - I need to spend some time to teach them and make some goals to push them harder.

Hey, have you ever dealt with a guy from Beulah named Jason Nickol? He used to work at a sign shop down in Kalamazoo, and now I think he's involved in some kind of printing up your way...

The name sounds vaguely familiar, but I don't know why. I think we might have touched based with him at one point. We meet a lot of people at shows and things.
