My plan Is to buy the F2100 later this year but In the mean time I found a used F2000 that I could use for now and would make a good backup when I get the new printer. It was purchased In 2014 and It's warranty expired BUT the person selling the printer just had the damper and head replaced in November. Video was sent to me of the printer running and final print looked good. I was able to neogitiate the price to $5k, Is this a good deal? I know If the damper/head needs to be replaced again I will be on the hook for that but Is that worst case scenario? Should I keep looking? Thank you In advance for any feedback on this!

Or would it be better just to but a brand new F2000 for $12,995.? If I buy the used one I mention for let's say $4k, worst case Is a print head correct replacement at $3200 I believe? Again, any feedback Is appreciated. Thank you!

I'm sorry that I can't advise you on the F2000. But I did learn how to save a few $ on the F2100. Just find out when Coastal is holding a webinar about it and at the end of the webinar they will give you an additional discount for attending. Probably worth investing an hour of your time.
