Starting from the beginning with getting artists in mind and all, but I want to structure this business to have it run smooth as possible. From the looks of things the S-Corp is the best fit as far as tax purposes and considering I'm only working with one other person on building this business and we are bootstrapping the whole thing(for now).

Looking for advice from those of you who also chose the S-Corp

File on your own? Or go through an attourney or accoutant to be sure all documents are done correctly?

First, get an accountant. He/She will let you know the best option. You may want to look at LLC.
