I just set up my GO Rio 900x sublimation printer and was wondering if anyone has the color profiles already set up for:
polyester, cotton, etc.
and would be willing to share them?

Or any tips on making the machine run smoothly??

TIA

Have never heard of your printer. Your sublimation ink vendor should supply the correct ICC profile for their ink AND your printer.if they don't provide you will to.have one made otherwise your colors May not print correctly.
It's a MUTOH RJ-900 series. I probably should've been a little more clearer. I was hoping someone would have one on the forum and could help me out!
Just curious what heat press you went with for this printer? Thanks!

They sent me the Metalnox I believe.....I'd have to look at the box to check.

That is a big box :). What inks you will use? Also from your original post you do know you cannot sublimate on cotton right?

I sold my Mutoh away earlier, using the Epson F series now but the Mutoh was an ok machine, support just sucks here.

Right now i'm using the inks they sent me. If you know of a good distributor with good prices and could forward that info to me that would be great! The mutoh is a start off machine for me, i'll see how it goes for the first year. I have two anajets for my cotton products, so i'm not too worried there. Any advice you could give? or did you have the profiles set for them? I didn't receive one and was told to just print and press to see what worked with the settings.....
Tried to send you a PM but your mailbox was full.
kevin you can contact me via email, [email protected]

thank you.
If you ever want to press anything bigger than your new press can handle, we just installed a duel 60" x 108" press. We also have a rotary press 60" by endless.
The Mutoh 900 is a work horse. I would highly recommend doing your own profiles.
