Hey guys, have anyone else have problems concerning glow-in-the-dark prints became useless/gone after a few wash?

I have printed some glow in the dark for a few of my friends before, and a few of them told me that the glow in the dark totally washes off after a few washes (this doesn't happen to everyone, which confuses me more).

Are you curing with a flash or a conveyor dryer? Usally wash out is under cure or severe over cure. Never had any problems with glow in the dark ink.

I use neither. Since I'm pretty new to the whole printing scene and I'm only about using heat gun to cure the prints, I think it's most probably because of under curing problem. Thanks for the reply, really appreciate it.

Sounds like you undercured the ink.
