I have a couple questions regarding fluorescent and glow in the dark inks.

I have a customer that wants a neon pink/white (she wants it to glow while under a black light) on black shirts... What is the best way to go about?

How opaque are both the colors? - Does the neon pink and (i was thinking to just use glow in the dark ink) require an underbase on black garments?

Is there another alternative to just using white ink, but making it glow under a black light along with the neon pink?

Union makes a black light clear that is supposed to be printed over standard plastisol. It's cheap but is most always special order from suppliers.

Yes you need to print a white under base when printing almost anything on a black tee. The regular glow-in-the-dark ink is actually almost clear. So if you want white glow in the dark, you need to silk screen white, then the glow on top. If you want the pink to glow also, you will need to special order pink glow pigment, mix it in a clear base. Then again, you will need to print a white base then the pink over that. Hope that helps.
