Glossy Overlay On MagicMix T'Fer??

hey guys, i read somewhere on here that magicmix does not work well with glossy transfers (opaques in my case)... is printing a normal transfer and then applying a glossy overlay do-able w/ magicmix inks? as always, any responses are appreciated. thanks, jay
