Am printing a yellow lightning bolt with a black outline and black logo.
When I pull a print of yellow it isn't smooth. I can see lots of bubbles of little puddles of ink. Same with the black. Is there a way to stiffen the ink so it isn't so runny?

What size mesh ??? off Contact ??? just to name a few...

I agree that you need both more off contact and go for a higher mesh screen.
I have a feeling that you're using a 110. Try at least a 156mesh with proper off contact.

You should try a higher screen mesh. 160 would be a good start. Make sure that you have good off contact as well. That is very important
