Glass Bead

Does anyone have some advise for working with glass bead transfer material/paper. the issue i'm having is the glass bead is washing off the shirt after a few washes. I'm using top of the line plastisol based adhesive and pressing temp and time is in order. Does anyone have any tips? One idea is to print an ink first - perhaps solvent based and then to print the glue but this means registration has to be butt fit which we all know makes things take a bit longer. If anyone has worked with this before please forward me your experiences.
