So where do I get the best prices for Gildan 5000 size 2XL to 5XL ? TSC and all other sites are very expensive.

Those sizes cost more for two reasons:
More fabric and inches of stitching
Lower inventory turnover

There is no getting around that, so you must charge your end customers accordingly. You'll note that many retail outlets don't carry the larger sizes at all; low-turnover items are unattractive from the perspective of bean counters, and that's who runs most of the big retailers.

Alpha seems to have the worst prices on 2X+ sizes, regardless of brand. I haven't noticed anyone else being out of reason.

Im sure I can get good price if I order 10 boxes or more, just cant find the company who does it
