hi just got this and having big troubles when i turn it on it has a green power light on and a green repeat light on and a red error light on not blinking and can not get it to work on windows 10 windows any help Wald be good and where can i get the right drivers for it tried Gcc but no luck

thanks for the reply im running Sure Cuts A Lot 5 for Windows 32 bit (v5 the red error light is staying on all the time why i do not know and even windows 7 is having problems with the drivers from GCC

the red error light is staying on all the time when i start the cuter i have connection to the computer but i think the red error light is stoping it from cutting

here is the puma II manual, go to the troubleshooting section 6.2.2
you need to contact gcc and replace your sram and/or dram

i see it has one stick of ram in it is it hard to buy new ram for it and where Wald i get it from in Australia
