gonna beat a dead horse. ive read a ton of info on here of people in same scenario... Im already in contact with gcc, yes ive already downlaoded from gccclub multiple times. i have trials of corel and great cut, corel has the drivers for my cutter and they do communicate as i can see the print size among other things. but when i go to print it fails at sending it through, an error that the printer is unknown and in properties it shows no drivers are installed. gcc about 10am sent me another driver but that one didnt work either. couple days ago i saw someone post a specific (i believe) ladys name that is at gcc to be in contact with. if anyone has a driver to try or that ladys name, currently im speaking with leo at gcc. thanks in advance!!

same. i have spoken to leo at gcc over many emails and one phone call. he asked me to try a serial cable db25 instead of a usb printer style cacble, this also did not work but initially did clear the trouble code it was throwing.

i have been trying mostly with great cut and thats because thats what gcc uses/recommends. the computer this ran on crashed and it used great cut so thats why i spent most of my time trying that... cocut was another i saw recommended and most recently within the last 5 minutes winpcsign. it says i do not have the dongle which looks to be something you get once you purchase winpc? this was recommended to try before i try another option. part of me says trying either a newer or possibly an older pc would be advantageous as this cutter is old and most of the software is for newer pc's. i would buy a newer cheaper plotter but this seems to have much better stats and quality cuts than a newer cheaper unit? thanks in advance for any help!

How does WinPC work? It has trial to test. I also sent msg to you, but your box is full that msg can not be delivered.
