I've seen a lot of thread on this but haven't found a solution....

I have GCC GreatCut installed, downloaded most recent version along with 64 drivers, using Windows 7. Everything had been working fine until my PC caught a cold and had to have Windows reinstalled. I reinstalled all the progrmas and know GreatCut won't read the sizes from the Bengal/Cut3000?

I get the sizes from VLCD3 and enter them into GreatCut, shouldn't have to do that, plus it's in mm and is a pain.

I just don't get? I couldn't find a number for GCC support and they haven't responded to my email requests for a solution.

Any ideas? Suggetions?

Scuba Steve...would you have a contact # for Ruth or support at GCC?

Nick, thanks for the response. Yup, it's setup and I can cut. It just doesn't read the material when the Cut3000 cycles? I add the measurments in manually from the VLCD, which while inconvenient wouldn't be so bad if it were in inches.

I think it has something to do with the correct Win64 driver? Maybe??? How do I get a hold of the tech support at GCC? They don't have a number on the website.

It could have something to do with your version of Greatcut. Make sure you are running 14.0.16
