GCC Expert ll 24 cutter

Hi Everyone,
Hey I'm having an issue with my Expert ll 24 cutter. A few weeks ago i received an update for my computer. Just a regular windows 10 update. Didn't think anything of it so I updated and sure enough it was a pretty big update. I didn't have to use my cutter right away but received a job to do about a week and a half later and noticed that my VLCD3 stopped working. It no longer recognizes my cutter. Someone told me to revert back to a previous update of windows 10 but Microsoft only allows 10 days to go back. So I'm stuck here trying to figure out what to do. I even tried to reload the software for the cutter and it won't let me reload it. gives me some wired error. Anyone know how I can resolve this issue? Thanks for your help!

Have you reinstall the drivers?Maybe the PC recognise your cutter if you first uninstall and again install the drivers for your cutter !
Have you contacted GCC for assistance? (909) 718-0248
I have all the drivers, if you need them, send me your email.
Hi and Thanks for your reply. I was going to uninstall and reinstall the driver but I couldn't find the Driver anywhere. GCC World doesn't have it on their website or I just couldn't find it anywhere.
If you would be kind enough to send me the driver for my machine - Expert II 24 that would be great!
