Hey everyone! so i purchase the GCC expert 24 last week and got it up and running in a flash. It works great except one error that i'm thinking is because of me, but i need confirmation from you all.
So i open my images in illustrator run a live trace, than save in .ai format, and import into Great Cut, and continue to cut the vinyl. It cuts fine but it seems to make double cuts on a lot of the areas, which starts to bind up the cuts and doesn't look perfect. Now i was told its because Great cut is seeing "multiple lines" and making the second cut.... When i zoom in real close i don't see two lines but how could i if there directly on top of each other.
Any help on this would be much appreciated? I'm thinking it might have to do with "live trace" on AI, or maybe the .ai format i'm saving it in?? Hope this is enough info for you all.
