I have a GCC Expert 24LX cutter that was attached to a computer that crashed. I've been able to install the Great Cut software on the new cutter, but can't get it to cut. If anyone can offer any advice on settings, drivers, etc. I would really appreciate it.

Bummer trying to do this on the weekend when nobody is open!

I'm a bit confused here. Do you mean your computer crashed? Why have you got a new cutter, and why are you trying to install software on the cutter rather than the computer?

I'm assuming you mean your computer died and you replaced it and now can't get your original cutter connectrd to the new computer via the software you own. Is that correct?

What computer do you have :Mac, PC,...? What operating system? It's difficult for anyone to give you an answer without more specific details.

Sorry. That was badly worded. I have a new cutter and was able to install the software on my new computer easily. Please disregard this post. Thanks
