Looking for replacement parts for the GCC Expert 24…the plastics receiver that the brass blade holder sits in has broken off.

Not the first time a plastic piece has failed on this cutter.

Can someone please let me know where to find a 3rd party supplier as GCC 'Merica is a dunh of useless donkeys.

Did the small latch that holds the blade "door" break off?

If so here's what I did while waiting for the $150 replacement part....

Mine was covered under warranty but that's the price I was quoted. I was told the part was only available as the entire cutting head assembly.

Blue92 is correct, it is the entire cutting head assembly that will need replaced. I don't know that you'll find a 3rd party option for the entire assembly.

I repaired mine with a small wood screw and a piece of wire inserted through two holes I drilled in the hinged half.
