GCC EXPERT 24 LX- output error in plot manager
I am attemping to output my design from Great Cut2 to my GCC Expert 24 LX vinyl cutter.
When I output the image to my cutter nothing happens. When I open my Plot Manager, it says I have an active job, takes a second and then a error window pops up and says this exactly:
Unable to open port (\\?\usb#vid_0f0b&pid_8013#5&331bfe27&0&1#{28d78fad-5a12-11d1-ae5b-0000f803a8c2}).
Anyone have an idea??
