Sometimes a buildup of static in the machine can cause it to do some crazy things. Try powering off, unplugging and leaving it sit for 15 - 20 minutes. Then plug it back in, power up and see what happens. You shouldn't have to reinstall all the drivers.
GCC Expert 24 Issues
I seem to be having some issues with my Expert 24 cutter lately. Recently it will cut 1 run of decals and then quit working. Sometimes powering off and back on works. At times I have actually had to power off computer, reinstall driver, etc. to get it to work. Does anyone have any advice for me? I'm using Adobe Illustrator and GreatCut software, with Windows 7, connected via USB. The cutter is about a year old and haven't had ANY issues with it (knock on wood) with the exception of this the past month or so. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
