GCC Expert 24 Issues

I have been running my GCC Expert 24 with no problems when suddenly it seems to have a mind of its own. I turned it on this am and it keeps running uo and down the track without letting me set origin or take on or off line. I have turned off and back on again and checked settings. It jusr keeps running. SHould I reinstall the driver?

Check the position of your pinch rollers. If they are too close together this will happen.
