I was cutting a template and realized I had not changed to 2 passes, I pressed stop cutting and the cutter would not stop. I tried just shutting off cutter and when I started up again it just continues cutting. How do you stop a design from cutting?
Second Question-The cutter cuts great but the green error light is always flashing. Any suggestions as to why? Thank you for your help.
