I received my GCC Expert 24 over a month ago. I still am having trouble to get anything to print correct. When I call GCC Tech support they go through everything so quick I have trouble to keep up. I print vinyl for boards, tiles, and stones. Mainly personalize items. I need to know what to set the x and y at. I do so many different sizes and I have wasted sooo much vinyl trying to figure it out. How do I print width instead of length. I just don't want to waste more vinyl than I have. I am beginning to regret buying this cutter because it is so confusing. I use Corel Draw x5 and Great cut. I use windows 7 64 bit. Please any help?
Yes I can get image from Corel to Great cut but then it either cuts off the font and throws a error and stops printing. I don't know what to do to stop this.
Yes I had 12 x roll loaded I needed to print 4" x 22" 4" heighth should have had a extra 8 inches. This is why I keep thinking that it has to have something with the x and y setting or possible page size
Yes that does make sense. So I know I keep asking the x and y does not make a difference on how it cuts?
