I have had this machine for a month or so but I keep running in to problems.
The latest problem is that it keeps missing about 1cm off the end of the cut. This isn't happening every time I use it but becoming more and more often and I am wasting a lot of vinyl.
I am using great cut.
Anyone got any pointers?

Are you setting up your document size correctly in GreatCut? Are you cutting from a sheet instead of a roll? If you look up my old posts, I remember posting about setting up the correct media size in GreatCut. Also, if you cut from a sheet you need to change the setting in VLCD or the rear media sensor will stop the cutter when the vinyl uncovers it.

I believe I have set it up correctly, I have filled the dimensions on great cut 500 mm wides x how ever long the roll of vinyl is.
I will look for your post.
No I only use rolls.

Ok.. I don't know how old this is but I have the same problem.. At the front end of the cutter it doesn't cut that side end.. Does it matter where the pinch rollers are at? If so that will fix all my problems.. But if not then idk what's happening because I know that the artwork is inside the dimensions set and paper on greatcut.. Oh day 4 of owning first cutter ever.

The pinch rollers have to be inside of the white hash lines on the cutter..
