I have a new GCC Jaguar Vinyl cutter. I have been getting the error message "Error:Check Carriage Sensor Or VC motor." How do I return to the loaded job or enter a new cut job without turning the cutter off and reloading the graphic. What does this error mean? Thanks.

Is your material under the marked area on top which are above where the grit rollers are?
Are you sure nothing is stopping your motor from moving such as a large roll on the back of the cutter?
