Garment vinyl discounts from suppliers?

Hello there, I am new to the t-shirt biz and just wondered if anyone could answer my question, does anyone no of a vinyl supplier that gives discounts if you spend enough money with them, has anyone had success negotiating discounts with any suppliers and if so how much vinyl are you buying? I'm using about 100 metres a week at the moment and wondered if I should be expecting a discount yet? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
