Ok , I have posted before about Garment Creator Estimator tool, I have a Fire Dept. logo to do on backs of black shirts, size is roughly 11 x 11 and done all in pink, GC is saying it is costing me over $5.50 to print this logo!!! Which I think is way way more then it should be, any suggestions or thoughts is greatly appreciated.

The file you posted was only a couple of inches wide so whenI blew it up to full size it of course looks terrible. On light colored tees printing at full maximum quality and double striking the print I only come up with a print cost of 41 cents.

Your image also included a full square white background so I cannot get a good price estimate on dark color tees at all. If you can post a file the right print size with the white background removed in a transparent .png file I can give it a better look.
