Our support department has spoken to several people over the last week or two who didn't know that there is a new update for the Garment Creator software for the Epson F2000 Printer.

Just a reminder to those who are unaware that Garment Creator 2.0 was released in April and is a free download from the Epson support site. As always, available in both PC and Mac versions.

This version is for the F2000 and the F2100. When not connected to a printer it defaults to an F2000 interface. I have spoken with the powers that be about this for us F2100 owners and was told that it is being looked at.

I notice some discrepancies with Garment Creator 2.0.1 as mine only allows the quality setting on light colored shirts to go to level 3 when some other people's version can go to a higher level. I've contacted Epson about this but it seems like they can't figure out why. I've deleted mine and re-installed with the same results. Also some user's versions of the dark shirt setting can go up to level 6 but not mine.

Hi. It's Friday night. I just got home from BestBuy with a new computer because my old computer got all f'd up. I can't find out how to download the software for Garment Creator on my new computer to connect with my F2000!!!! Nowhere!!!! I thought it'd be easy or something. Can't find the down load!!! When I google it, I find a page that says "Download" but then it sends me over to the Epson page, then I can't find the Garment Creator download on the Epson page!!! I've got big projects to complete this weekend & now I'm totally f'd!!!!
Do you know how to get this damn Garment Creator download???? Nothing works!!! Every link sends me to the Epson site. Then the Epson site has NOTHING!!! NOTHING!!! Can't find the download!!!
