Fusion Timer stopped working

I have a Hotronix Fusion and the timer stopped counting down on it. Temp and pressure settings all work. Timer displays on the screen but will not count down. Any suggestions?

Best thing to do is to call Hotronix at 1-800-727-8520. They'll get the problem solved for you!
