Sure what seems to be the problem?
I followed your directions; however, when I click on "windows port", print setup pops up and silhouette is not showing.Try this,, /// settings>plotter codes> select add plotter>find the cameo> add the cameo>itshould show in the box to the right>got to ports>select windows port>device manager should pop up>select the cameo from that window>ok>save

I uninstalled and reinstalled it with the updates that just came out. Silhouette says you do not have to have a driver for their software. Should there be a driver installed? I am working on a Dell laptop computer with Windows 8. It works on my old desktop, but I'm having a hard time with the cut settings on it. Also, my laptop is what I do all of my work on. Extremely frustrated!!!I don't think you have your cameo installed correctly then
