Funtime Rhinestone Software 2014

I just purchased the 2014 funtime software and one of my nieces decided they liked the dongle and now I can not locate it anyplace and she can't tell me (terrible 2 year old). I can not find anyplace where I can get a replacement dongle for this $100 software. Please tell me what I can do to get this thing replaced.:mad::confused:

Well usualy when you loose a dongle you have to buy the software again.

But check with your vendor.

Thank you so much. I had a problem with the dongle that came with my VinylExpress R Series II cutter and they were able to just replace it. That sucks that they are forcing me to purchase another software.
