Funtime Program not working with cutter

Wondering if anyone can help me, i have just got the funtime program to go along with the wishblade (pink)
I have loaded the drivers for the cutter and loaded the program. I have run the cutter program and cut stuff out, but it will not cut anything from the funtime program, it keeps coming up with USB Error, i have added it also to the USB plotter setting....If anyone should no what i am doing wrong, please help, as i have been sitting here now for 4 hours......

Get ahold of whom you bought this program from and tell them the issue,, they should get you going in no time,,,Hi
