I have DTG Machine based on 4880 and DX5 Head.
Recently when i print a long design (Height), end of my prints (white ink) is very poor. and when i print another T-shirts, my print is good untill i print a long design and again end of my prints are bad !!!
is this a head problem ?! why ? I changed my head 3 month ago
- Nozzle checks always are very good
- My inks, Pre-treatments, heat press are like month ago
- I changed all damper and Head manifold.
- I removed up of my design and just print end of design and it was bad again.
