Looking for some one for long term business partner to make full dye sublimation orders. Sublimation is everywhere but what I am looking for is someone that can offer whole sale so that I can promote sublimation as well in my area.

Right off the back I have a pending order that we can get started on already. This order will consist of 20 Youth-XS shorts along with, 20 youth- small tops compress shirts, for a local flag football team. I am open to offers and hope we can make something happen. I do have the graphics on hand and ready to be emailed.

My Contact: Mark, 956-975-9718, or [email protected] reach me anytime.

In sports apparel there are two different worlds in dye sublimation. There is dye sub on premade garments and there is cut a sew. They are worlds apart thus you may want to clarify what you are looking for. Typically with youth league sports the budget is more around the premade garments. The other issue you have in sports like football, basketball, etc is how the league is handling colors. Imagine two flag football teams with blue jerseys playing each other. Last make sure you are dealing directly with a company that actually does the work in-house. Ask for photos and a sample uniform. A lot of people sub it out and that will get you in trouble.

Best of luck

This is what the customer wanted. He can go else where but wants to keep it local. These shirts will be the compression cool material and shorts will consist of black shorts with no pockets. I have all the artwork and template with different numbers. I am open to new ideas because this field is not my expertise.

Just to help you better understand why you may not have received many replies.

Cut and sew shops are typically running at capacity, at least the good ones are. To stop and do projects at reduced margins (wholesale) is a losing proposition unless there is consistent orders from someone like you. This is magnified by the fact that in most cases a cut and sew shop will lose money on the first order from an outside source. This is due to recoloring issues, templates changes, etc.

If you do not do this type of work on a consistent basis then you are much better off simply referring the customer to someone who does. It would be like us taking orders for coffee mugs a couple times a year than trying to find someone who does a professional job. Takes more time and energy than one can make in profits. Example we this week received a call about doing a 100 transfer for someone. Not something we do and if we would have accepted the order than spent time finding someone else to do them we would lose money. Simply referred them to JAE at AmeraSource and you hope one day to get a refferal back from them.

Last - how did you take an order without knowing a cost to create the jerseys?
