Hi,
I joined this forum in 2011 but have never posted!
I am a freelance graphic designer/screenprint separator with 19 years experience. The past few years I have been working solely for one screenprinter and 95% of my job has just been vector file prep for direct to screen imaging system (M&R i-image).
One cool thing I've done in this vein was make some custom actions for Illustrator for separating & choking vector art and placing designs in precise locations of the artboard for i-image. Efficiency was the name of the game and I cranked out 3,850 setups for them last year!
I haven't been doing design as much the last few years and as such this hasn't been updated in ages but here is an old portfolio of sorts:
