So I have done my DTG research before I buy and have taken everyone's advice that service is the most important thing. I was pretty set on the neoflex but I am very impressed with what omni print has to offer with the freejet. First is they have a one year warranty on their print heads with the wet cap system. I don't know of anyone else doing a warranty on print heads. Second they have technicians around the country who will come to me and also come to my shop for installation and training. Last I'm also impressed with there remote technology where they can access my printer from any location to help with print jobs.

Out of all the samples I received (every manufacturer) I was most impressed with the freejet and neoflex with the neoflex being slightly better. All other were adequate. Outside of these two for my price range I am also considering the brother grafitee and the veloci-jet and the T-jet blazer from equipment zone.

Out of all this I'm looking for input on service from all these companies and if I'm right being impressed with omni print and the freejet. I'm just a little weery at the fact that if my printer fails I may have to ship it back and business is shut down for who knows how long. That can not happen with my current business structure. Also some input in the wet cap system. Is that a real thing or just another fancy sales word. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated

That all seems ok but there are other companies offering a lot of the same thing. Pretty sure AA does Skype tech support, not positive. I think most all companies offer on site training and tech support. Belquette offers a one year warranty on their Mod1's printhead. I know they can also go into your computer remotely to help with problems. They are also the only company that can ship you a new print module if you have that serious of a problem. Then you send yours back. Theirs is designed for shipping because UPS is cheaper than Delta.
