- You must request free sample labels from ClothingLabels4U by using THIS FORM. You will receive FREE sample woven, thermal printed, heat transfer labels, rubber labels or patches in the mail just for entering this giveaway!
After you request the free samples, you will receive an automated email with a secret word that you need to input in your member profile here.
You have to fill out this profile field in order to qualify for the giveaway.

Only entries with the correct answer will be eligible for the prize.
The winner of this sweepstakes will receive 250 2" x 1" custom woven labels made from your logo/graphic file that you submit. There is a maximum of 2 thread colors for the free woven labels, however you are able to apply the value of the free 2 color woven labels to an upgraded order with more colors if your logo or design requires it.
