My Anajet FP-125 is fireing all the nozzles at the same time. I am using DTG inks, cmyk and whites. I have the 1900 head in place. The printer was working great, then I got a couple blocked nozzles so I used a syringe to run cleaner through the heads. Ran the nozzle check a few times and it was good. Then I noticed right before it was gonna print, there was a lot of over spray when it was firing ink on the left pad. Then the purge test, all inks were firing and it was just a puddle of gray ink on the paper. The techs said to clean the encoder strip. I did several times. But that's not the problem.
I got a little cleaner on the bottom of the ink tray, but wiped it up. The ink chips are dry. I do not know what I did.

Anyone?

this is a total guess, but you could try to gently push some fluid through the printhead while watching the spray pattern come out the nozzles (use a mirror), as it's possible that you have delaminated the head. if you are pushing fluid through the black, and some is coming out of the cyan channel, then you know this is what is happening. try all channels to ensure that the fluid is ONLY coming out of the correct one.

I can see the spray from each color. It looks good.
I wonder if some cleaning fluid got into the the actual head electronics. I will try and look up how to remove the head to check.

Thanks.

Update, I took out the head and there was ink build up on the first data cable. I cleaned it off and the inside of where the data cable goes. The cable is kind of corroded and I ordered a new one. I put the data cable back and it works. 2 of the white heads are not firing but I think that's the corroded cable. I will have the new cable on Tuesday.
