I have a customer wanting me to Heat press two color numbers on a four way stretch Nylon Spandex Football Jersey. I usually use Stahls Thermo Film for Jerseys but we are worried it wont stretch with the material. Sthals offers Super Film which is a stretchy heat vinyl however they don't recommend it for Football Jerseys. Any Advice?

Stahls has a vinyl specifically tailored for Spandex. We have used it successfully on wrestling singlets which stretched in every direction.

Are you referring to the Super Film? I've talked to three different customer service people all from stahls and each of them have given me a different recommendation.

We use Thermoflex and printable stretch from specialty materials. I don't think stahls would say not for football jerseys if they specialize in vinyl for such shirts.
