Thought I would post this 4 color job I did using Siser Easyweed. I love this stuff.

I'm thinking they're overlaid. Every time I've tried to do butt registration the material shrinks just far enough to throw off the design. Even preshrinking hasn't helped. Unless this easyweed vinyl is easier to work with or the OP knows a trick I haven't figured out yet.

Nice work though. Really nice.

How does it feel? I have gone up to 3 layers with EZ-weed but it starts to get heavy on the chest after that to me. (Mine was layered right on top of the other). I am sure the design plays a part in that too so I am curious to know how it feels with four layers?

Its just 4 colors of Easyweed layered on top of each other.
I started with the black as the base, but next time I will put the white down first so it want be so thick.

Actually feels pretty good.

I did each color in separate layers in photoshop then imported it into illustrator with the cutting master plugin, then cut it on my Graphtec ce5000.

Yes, when you press each color only press them for a couple seconds to hold them in place, then on your last color press it for the required time.

Thank you. There was a lot of time spent on Photoshop and Illustrator to get this, but it was for our clubs ball team.

Now I have a Roland SP-540i vinyl printer so I can do it in one layer.
